Pippa Middleton Welcomes a Baby Boy

Pippa Middleton gave birth to her first child, a son, this Monday afternoon. That day, she arrived at St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington, west London, where her sister Kate's children were also born.

She and her husband, James Matthews, married last May in Englefield. This year, she has discussed her experience with pregnancy in her fitness column in a British magazine, Waitrose Weekend. Middleton suggested "stretching, meditation and walking for expectant mothers" who find it awkward to move around as the birth of their child approached.
