The triangular open-sided composter can be installed level with the ground or after you have added some soil to the raised bed to better nourish the soil. Layer yard waste chopped leaves, grass clippings, semi-rotted compost and mealtime left-overs into it. Over time, the compostable materials break down to provide nutrients to the surrounding soil.

The warm soil in spring means you can plant earlier and because the soil remains warm later into fall it extends your growing season. The insulated board walls also keep your soil from drying out which reduces the need for water.
